Joan Bennett is a graduate of LaVerne School of Law, in California. In her career, she served as Assistant District Attorney, and has over twenty years of prosecutorial and regulatory experience. During her work with the Contra Costa County and San Francisco District Attorney's Office, she was a member of both The United States ARMY, then The United State NAVY Reserve, where she retired with the rank of Commander in 1996. She was frequently in contact with immigrants from many countries. Occasionally assisting undocumented aliens with referrals to other agencies and calls to their employers, in order to help them obtain, process and legalize their papers.
After her retirement from the State of California,
she migrated to Conroe Texas, where she opened a practice based on assisting with legal entry and documentation to citizens of the world. Today, she has helped scores of people to establish a legal permament residence in the United States.
